Hey Queen Friend! First, let me start this post by wishing you a Happy New Year! Is it too late to say this? I hope not! I'm happy to receive happiness all year long. I'm hoping your year has been divine + abundant so far. I am receiving all of the divine + abundance for my year!

Leave the Past Behind
I've heard so many people complaining about the global pandemic. Most of the complaints are about having to stay home, wanting to travel, and getting back to normal. To be honest, I have had those thoughts at times too. I had to stop and ask myself what was it about normal that I wanted to get back to? Was it getting back to having my weekends filled with running errands? Or maybe driving in traffic for hours to be around crowds of people at a concert? What was it about the past was I longing to get back to?
After some thought, I realized that I cannot move forward if I'm constantly looking backward. The past is the past for a reason. It teaches us the lessons we need to move forward and that's it. You won't be able to realize the full potential of yourself or life if you are always trying to get back to "normal". Create a new normal for yourself and create a life you can look forward to!
Speak Positive Words
Have you ever heard the saying, "speak what you seek until you see what you speak?" Well, now you have. Words have power and speaking words of affirmation over your life is a major key to changing your life. You cannot have a positive life when you are constantly speaking negatively over it. It is important to speak positive words because your mind, heart, and actions will follow. When you consistently affirm yourself, you will feel happier, more hopeful, and encouraged.
Start Living As Your Future Self
Why should you wait until tomorrow to truly live? Start today, living the life of your dreams. Begin making it a practice to walk in abundance. What does this mean? It simply means allowing yourself to believe that you are good enough, that you are worthy of all things good. Walk with your head held high as if you are being pulled towards the light. Decide that you will no longer live a life of lack and that you will be great!
Set Small Goals and Complete Them
It is easy to become overwhelmed when you think about all of the goals you may desire to accomplish. However, when you set one small goal at a time and complete it, you feel inspired, hopeful, and accomplished. It feels good to finish things, doesn't it? I am a list maker. I love making them on beautiful paper with all types of doodles. Want to know what's even more fulfilling? You guessed it, checking off those lists! If I'm being honest though, making long lists can get overwhelming. So instead of stressing, why not take it one small goal at a time? Once you have completed it, move on to the next goal. Keep going until you have checked off your list over time.
