Continuing to Bloom

Hey, Queen Friends!

First, let me start by saying, Happy Spring! I’m so happy we made it through the winter months and are stepping into a season of warmth, renewal, and growth. I hope this message finds you well and thriving.

When I think about spring, I picture everything around me blooming—flowers, trees, and even our own aspirations. After months of rest and restoration, nature returns with beauty and strength, reminding us of the power of pausing and preparing for what’s next. This got me thinking about how much we, too, can grow when we give ourselves the grace to rest, rejuvenate, and realign with our purpose. If you took the time to recharge this past season, I celebrate you for prioritizing your well-being!

But now, Queen Friend, it’s time to bloom! The heartfelt intentions you set at the start of the year? This is the season to nurture them and watch them grow. And if you’re not quite seeing the fruits of your labor yet, don’t be discouraged. Keep going, keep believing—because you are closer to your breakthrough than you were when you started. Every step you take is leading you toward the vision you’ve been cultivating.

April is an exciting month for Beneath the Crown, and I’m thrilled to share it with you! On April 5th, the FIT for the Crown Women’s Wellness Walk officially begins, and if you haven’t registered yet, I would love for you to join me. It’s going to be an incredible time of movement, connection, and empowerment. Plus, I can’t wait for the next few podcast episodes before we take a brief midseason break.
