A Year to Be: Walking in Purpose

Happy New Year, Queen Friends!

What can I say? Here we are in the second week of 2026, and yet some days it still feels like we’re just leaving 2020 behind. I’m grateful to be back in this space and excited to continue our journey together—elevating our mindsets and transforming our souls.

Every year, I begin with intentions, prayerfully considering the word that will guide my steps. As I prepared for last year, the phrase divine timing kept resurfacing. I leaned into it often as I returned to the podcast space and pursued other personal endeavors. Throughout 2025, I was gently reminded that God’s plans are not my own—and that His timing is, indeed, perfect in every way.

Now, as I look ahead with hope for what 2026 will bring, two words continue to resonate: alignment and embodiment. This is the year to walk fully in your purpose. The year to embody who you’ve been preparing to be—who you’ve been becoming all along.

I intentionally started this year slowly, resisting the urge to fill its beginning with endless lists and expectations that overwhelm and rush us forward. I wanted a purposeful pause. Space to savor my existence in the moment. A rested mind and heart, ready for the journey ahead.

This year, I’m determined to finish what I start—in every sense. I’m excited about the future of the podcast, with more episodes and content coming soon, and I’m just as excited to continue connecting with you.

My invitation to you this year is simple: take the time to ensure that you are aligned in every way, and take purposeful action to embody all that you’ve worked so hard to become. In becoming, there is also being. Which means we must begin to do what we’ve said we want to do—and be who we’ve said we want to be.
